Delivery and Assembly Services

  • The delivery of products purchased on the website and for which payment has been made in full will be done by the company and/or by suppliers working with the company. The products will be delivered to the address in Israel entered by the purchaser at the time of ordering.

  • The price for the delivery of the product alone is 179 NIS including VAT (Ashkelon – Hadera). For more remote areas, you can coordinate the costs with our customer service by phone: 073-7276912.

  • If the delivery fee is not included in the product price ("the package"), payment must be made directly to the carrier upon delivery.

  • Delivery time - up to 10 business days from the date of receiving confirmation of the transaction from the purchaser's credit card company (that is, Sunday through Thursday, not including Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, and memorial days).

  • The shipping fees listed on the product page do not include charges for unusual delivery (delivery with a crane, lack of elevator, need for a lift due to special conditions at the customer's address, etc.) and/or assembly. Any additional charges for unusual delivery will be paid by the purchaser directly to the carrier.
    There is an additional fee of 50 NIS per floor for delivery to a building (starting from the first floor). If a crane is needed to deliver the product to the customer's house, the carrier must be informed before shipping.

  • When the product is delivered, the customer's presence and signature, as well as the presentation of the credit card holder's identification card, are required as a condition for the delivery and validity of the product.

  • The company is not responsible for delays that are not under its control and/or that originate from the purchaser, including delays due to difficulty in contacting the purchaser during business hours, or the purchaser's absence at the delivery address at the agreed-upon time.

  • In circumstances of a delay due to force majeure, such as fire, flood, war, etc. and/or due to events over which the company has no control, such as strikes, breakdowns, etc., the company will inform the purchasers as soon as the delay becomes known and will allow them to choose between waiting for the product to be received or canceling the order and getting their money back.  

  • If the customer chooses to cancel the order upon delivery to his address. Only delivery fees (179 NIS including VAT) must be paid.
